Hoang Hac applies the GMI (Global Measure International) solution, combining GMG OpenColor, PressSign (Bodoni – Italy), and the X-RITE i1iO spectrophotometer to implement an ISO 12647 color management system. This aims to control color measurement accuracy, printing process repeatability, and reproduction stability throughout the entire process:

Design → Platemaking → Engraving → Test Printing → Production → Reproduction

Core Color Quality Parameters:

  1. ΔE*ab ≤ 2.0 (CIE76)
  2. TVI / dot gain
  3. Gray balance
  4. Density CMYK
  5. Color stability upon reproduction

Implementation Capabilities:

  1. ICC profile management with GMG Color
  2. Multi-channel profile creation with GMG OpenColor for flexo & gravure
  3. Proofing & approval according to ISO 12647
  4. Color measurement under M1 conditions (ISO 13655) using an X-RITE i1iO spectrophotometer
  5. Data analysis with PressSign
  6. Color data storage for reproduction
